Because we shall all be equal. when we are in front of laws, treatments, and power. as minority women, we felt the deep urge to speak up and, even more, spread the philosophy of true equality.
The pattern we use in the letters is traditional Chinese papercut art. when a Chinese woman with a scissor and some papers, she could simply cut out an imagined world of her own. we chose this pattern to speak our voice because we believe this is multi-culturalism at her finest moment.
