*All items from Sales Collection, Black Friday, Cyber Monday sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges.
We want you to sparkle in our jewelry and accessories. If they don't make you sparkle in it, you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit within 60 days from the order date.
We are currently providing return label for Canada & US only. You will be charged C$15 for return label. International return and exchange could be done when customers ship the item(s) back to our address at your local postal service*.
Follow the simple steps to get your return/ exchange done!
1/. Request: fill out the request form for your return/ exchange.
2/. Approval: We will see if your request is valid. Once the request is approved, you will receive an email showing the approval.
3/. Buy Label: Purchase your return label here or with a link we send to you in the email following the approval.
4/. Ship Item(s): A return label will be email to you for orders in Canada & US. International return/ exchange needs to be shipped back by you at your local postal service.
5/. Done! Once your package is received and inspected, your refund/ exchange items will be issued/ shipped out.

Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer.
All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable.
If you choose exchange or store credit, we will take care of the return shipping label cost.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, Unused and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- For gift sets, seasonal boxes or anything products that are sold as a set, they have to be returned and exchanged as a set.
- Sale items, personalized items, hair accessories, jewelry care, accessories, greeting cards, socks and novelty kits are FINAL SALE
- Promotional discounts are subject to be final sale Please see fine print of promotional discount code before purchasing
- Accompanied by the original packing list
Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment. If your order was paid using a gift card, you will be credited back on a gift card. If you choose to exchange an item, we will process the exchange item order as soon as your return is on the way back to our office.
If your order was a pre-order or back-shipped, please contact us at info@moiaccessories.com due to the special circumstance.
Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions.
